I start by understanding your business, your users, and your goals. What problem are we solving? Who are we designing for? What does success look like? I review your existing product or site, your competitors, and any analytics data you have — before touching a single frame in Figma.
Define
Based on discovery, I map out user flows, information architecture, and wireframes. This phase is about getting the structure right before we invest in visual design. You review and approve the wireframes — so there are no surprises in the final design.
Design
With the structure approved, I move into high-fidelity UI design. Every screen, every component, every responsive breakpoint — designed with your brand identity and your users' expectations in mind. I present the designs in context, not just as static screens.
Deliver

What's the difference between UX and UI design?
UX (user experience) design is about how a product works — the flow, the structure, the logic that makes it intuitive. UI (user interface) design is about how it looks — the visual layer on top of the experience. Good digital products need both. I handle both, which means your product is designed as a unified experience, not two separate deliverables stitched together.
Do I need UX design or just UI design?
If you’re starting from scratch or redesigning something that isn’t converting, you need both. If you already have a solid UX structure and just need visual polish, UI design alone might be enough. I’ll tell you honestly which one your project actually needs after our discovery call.
What tools do you use?
I design in Figma — the industry standard for UI/UX design. It allows for real-time collaboration, interactive prototypes, and clean developer handoff. If you’re already working in another tool, I can adapt.
Can you design in both English and French?
Yes — I’m fully bilingual and experienced in designing for bilingual audiences. This includes proper layout considerations for French text (which tends to be longer than English), language switcher UX, and content hierarchy that works in both languages.
Do you also develop the designs you create?
Yes, when needed. I’m a full-stack developer as well as a UI/UX designer — which means I can take a project from wireframe to live website without handing it off to a separate team. This reduces miscommunication, speeds up timelines, and ensures the final product matches the design.
